We found the rooms at Bellarosa B&B to be spacious and impeccably tidy, with a nicely furnished bedroom and bathroom that outshone any other place we've stayed. The breakfast was freshly cooked and a real delight, and Annie was an outstanding host—thanks, Annie! Everything else was flawless.

The property was stunning and spotless, and Annie was a fantastic hostess. We checked in, rushed to change, and still managed to make it to our dinner thanks to her flexibility with our late return. We even stayed longer than planned because we enjoyed her conversation and the breakfast, so we left later than expected. If you're in Rotorua, I can't recommend a better spot. We just wish we could have booked a longer stay; Bellarosa was simply spectacular.

Bellarosa is a wonderfully quiet B&B with plenty of comfort. The rooms and bathrooms are pleasantly large, clean, and well-maintained. We also had access to a small kitchen and a cozy living room for relaxing. Annie, our host, did everything possible to make us feel extremely comfortable. The breakfast was always freshly prepared, and she gave us many helpful tips. The surroundings were lovely, and we enjoyed good weather every day. Huge thanks to Annie for four wonderful days—we definitely recommend the place.

Annie takes great care of her guests, listening, cheerful, and helpful. The accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. The breakfast is complete, and Annie is available to meet your needs. The décor and cleanliness are of an even higher level. It would be better if there were no bad intentions.
