The staff were always helpful and friendly, and our room upgrade to a suite with a rooftop terrace was amazing.
The hotel's location is perfect, right by the ocean with a nice beach just outside the property.
The gardens and pools were truly spectacular - a real highlight of my stay.

The location is amazing. They allow smoking in the hammock areas.
The square is great, but there’s no food suitable for diabetics.
“Comodidad, relajación y disfrute”
The place was very comfortable and quite complete, but we found a cockroach in one of the bathrooms.
The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, making access super convenient.
El buffet y las instalaciones. Lo poca variedad que había en animación,show y en el almuerzo veo muy poco tiempo para ello
