“Excellent in cleanliness but the most urgent concern is the presence & utilization of lift/ramps”
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property, and the guard on duty was very helpful. The front desk staff were also cheerful and welcoming, and my room was spacious with a good heater. However, I encountered some issues, such as the lack of an elevator, linens that weren't as white as I'd like, and a bed with a too-firm foam that made my back ache.
