The place was spotless, but the hallway lights turn on automatically and flicker whenever you shift in bed, which was glaring, and the pillow was too high.

The large public bath was a highlight and the whole property was spotless, while the breakfast buffet was incredibly tasty. On the other hand, the bed was absurdly hard compared with any hotel I’ve stayed in, leaving my lower back sore the next day; the bath felt tiny for the number of guests, there were too few changing baskets and not enough washing stations, so I had to wait for a free spot.

The front desk agent was enthusiastic and patient, urging everyone to snap photos in the rooms (I forgot to do that) and explaining every detail clearly. He also quickly swapped our A/C when we struggled with the controls. The view of the hills was nice, but the bed felt like a hard futon on the floor.
