Rooms combine air‑conditioning, kitchenette, and free WiFi, while the terrace and outdoor dining offer sunset vistas. A bar, minimarket, and EV charging station enhance convenience. Nearby Lama Monachile Beach, Castellana Caves, and Bari Airport provide easy exploration.

The place had all the necessary amenities, including a well‑equipped kitchen, was very clean, and featured a huge terrace on the top floor of the building. Conad supermarket is no more than 150 m away and it’s relatively close to the historic center. The price‑quality ratio is fair. If we return, we’ll certainly choose the same location. With a note that it’s a subjective opinion, I would recommend changing the bed.

Polignano is fantastic, and thanks to this apartment just a few steps from the center I enjoyed it to the fullest. The only downside was the limited breakfast and noisy drains—otherwise it was a perfect property.

If you plan to sleep late, know that lights come on early and there’s no blackout; the coffee is cold and breakfast is misleading—just a box of plastic‑wrapped cake. Toilets and showers are noisy every time you use them, the shower is tiny, and the toilets even got clogged. The description says “by the sea,” but it takes 15 minutes to reach the beach, and there’s an unmentioned 2 € daily stay tax per person. Ants appeared in the kitchen, and there are no sponges, dish soap, or dishwasher tablets, even though a dishwasher is present.

Conad was nearby and the town was a short walk away. The closest city beach was overcrowded and littered, apparently the city never cleans it, which is a real eyesore for tourists. The shower was the size of a child’s, the sofa‑bed was noisy, and when the dishwasher opened a horrible smell spread; it even had dishes inside. We had to buy dish soap. Tourists flying in probably can’t bring cleaning supplies like dishwasher pods. The toilet had no scent or cleaning agents. The breakfast was laughable, consisting of coffee pods and the most mediocre croissants bought at a supermarket; for a 7‑day stay for 2 people, there were only 8, an odd number that doesn’t qualify as breakfast.
