The service was excellent, but there were small animals, cockroaches, and the location was far from the destination.

The hotel staff provided good service during my stay, which was a definite highlight. However, I was greeted with a wet bathroom floor upon arrival, which was a bit of a letdown. Thankfully, the hotel's service helped make up for the initial issue.
