I liked the location and the pool, but the customer service was the worst. I had already paid when booking and never got a call or message about the details. They didn’t even check on guests to make the arrival smooth. The road to the resort was downhill, completely damaged, so only off‑road vehicles could pass; normal cars couldn’t. I called the resort multiple times using the number on the booking and the SMS, but got no answer. I had to walk through slippery mud with my luggage just to hear “Oh, we should’ve called. That was our mistake.” The service was irresponsible. They promised a jeep to take us uphill to the main road until 10 pm, but when I called at 9:45 pm they said the jeep had an issue and wouldn’t take us. We were hungry, they stopped taking food orders, so we asked to be dropped on the main road. We slept hungry that night. Great way to torture guests. Good job, Maat Hotels.

There was no accessibility, the photos were photoshopped and misleading, hygiene was poor, rooms were horrible with fungus on the doors, bathroom doors had holes, and the property was very old and completely unmaintained.

The location was fine, but there was no parking area and the resort wouldn’t allow our vehicle to enter. We spent too much time waiting on the highway after the resort jeep pickup. The Google location was incorrect, and the staff didn’t speak correctly about the location. The whole family was very disappointed.
