There was a free shuttle bus to the airport. Because we checked out early, the hotel handed us a packed breakfast — that was handy. We ran into a handful of unexpected snags with the room: no elevator meant lugging luggage up the stairs, a strong off‑odor in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself looked dirty and worn. We had to make the bed ourselves. Only a single ceiling lamp lit the room; no bedside lamps were present. The only window opening was a tiny vent pane perched too high to reach. The TV was unusable and offered no channels. All in all, this fell short of what one expects from a 4‑star hotel.

No elevator, staff couldn’t speak English, and the fitness studio—though I never used it—was located entirely elsewhere.
