Everyone was incredibly helpful and the hospitality was amazing. The room itself was huge, super cozy, and much bigger than I had expected. A small suggestion that didn’t make me dislike it: the room should have the heating on for at least 3 to 4 hours after check‑in. We arrived close to the check‑in time and had to wait about 2 hours for the room to warm up.

It’s very comfortable, a unique concept right in the forest, a small and cozy hotel. The staff were helpful and went out of their way to prepare off‑menu meals for the kids. The access is far from Pucon; I didn’t realize how remote it was and that part of the road is dirt, so with the heavy rain there was a lot of mud. It was part of the adventure and didn’t negatively affect the stay.

From the moment you enter the reception, the atmosphere feels very pleasant, warm, and welcoming. All the food is prepared right in front of you, which I liked a lot. Cozy, good views, everything overall, and of course the facilities: entertainment room, gym (adequate for basics) … The service and everything else you should experience in person.
