The room was clean and modern, and the staff were kind, but the bathroom was too small and lacked a sink, forcing me to use the shower to wash my hands and brush my teeth. The hotel sits right next to a mosque, so the morning call can be disturbing for sensitive people. I requested laundry service, which was done well, but I only learned of the fee when checking out; I’m fine paying, but they should have mentioned it earlier.

Everything was great: super clean, the staff were kind and welcoming, the room was cozy, and the location was perfect. There was no sink, but that didn’t bother me because the shower had a faucet.

The hotel was excellent and definitely worth the money. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Sigit was very accommodating and helped us with tours and transportation.
