The facilities were horrible. As soon as I arrived, my elderly father used the toilet and it was loose, wobbling, unstable, and he almost fell. I called a staff member who said the toilet wasn’t loose, but he didn’t sit on it, he only looked superficially. I asked him to change rooms because he couldn’t stay the night using the toilet safely, but he said it wasn’t possible and told us to use it anyway. We didn’t want to risk an accident because my father is over 90 kg and elderly, and he really couldn’t use the toilet in that condition. We left the hotel, being charged 50 % of the stay as per booking policy, with the hotel assuming no responsibility for the terrible facilities. The payment to the hotel was 50 % plus 20 € before, and the remaining 50 % on check‑in; the hotel refunded the amount to my credit card in the most inconvenient way for me as a consumer. In addition, the shower was broken, the shower area was very tight, the bedding was stained, and the provided hanger was a super fragile wire. In short, terrible facilities and disrespect toward guests.

The breakfast was simple but met my needs, the location was good, and the staff were very helpful. The apartment was a bit small, there were leaks on the roof that were a little annoying when using the gym and leisure area, and there was no extra support for putting personal hygiene products in the bathroom box.

I liked the cleanliness, the fact that there was an elevator, the breakfast was very good, the sheets were very soft and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the kitchen staff were attentive and smiling, and the reception staff were welcoming and receptive. I have nothing to complain about!
