If you want to be a bit off the beaten path, this place is perfect. The view of the bay is a dream and the nearby beach gives natural shade. The fitness training is included because there are 127 steps up to the parking on the street and a 7‑8 minute walk down to the beach, then back up again. The terrace has plenty of space and shade, and we were lucky to be the only guests since the second apartment wasn’t rented. The terrace is meant for shared use when fully booked (smoking/non‑smoking, etc.). The landlord lives on the top floor and is always reachable. We (two adults and two teens) enjoyed our stay and will return.

The host was very welcoming, everything was clean and comfortable. The steep climbs to the road are a bit unusual but manageable.

The terrace overlooks the Boka Kotorska and is 200 m from the Croatian border. It’s hard to find and hard to get to. There are 100 steep, dangerous steps. It’s not suitable for seniors, families, or children, and finding it feels like a treasure hunt.
