I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay. Despite having a confirmed reservation, when I arrived in Masalli with my family from Baku, the property owner informed us that there were no available rooms. The long journey made the owner's irresponsible and unprofessional behavior even more frustrating and stressful, wasting our time, money, and energy. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone due to the unacceptable service.
