Everything was flawless! The only thing I missed was kitchen utensils.

Bruno is a very attentive host! He helped before check‑in, during the stay, and at check‑out. The resort staff are all very polite. The place is complete, with plenty of activities for families with kids. The TV would only turn on and off if you unplugged it. I asked the reception twice to check if it was a remote battery issue or a fault, but they didn’t fix it.
