The apartment sits in a fantastic spot with stunning views, and it was spotless and cozy. The fireplace added a nice touch for the cooler nights.

“A lovely apartment with an amazing view.”

The view was incredible. Unbelievable! The apartment had great heating and was modern and very clean. Excellent kitchen equipment. The bed was really comfortable. Loved the coffee machine & pods. The bus stop was very close by which meant getting to town or to the airport was easy. Fireplace didn't initially work but the staff worked to fix this

I booked a spa session and was given a slot, but when the time ran out I was told to leave. I asked to book another session, but they said I couldn’t because someone else had booked, even though the spa was empty. I was pretty disappointed.

“Would not stay again”

The location was great, but the shower pressure and temperature were awful. The air conditioning barely worked, so it didn’t actually cool or heat the room. The room was tiny, below ground level, and the lobby doors were so loud at night that even the deepest sleepers woke up. Avoid the standard room at all costs.

“Just perfect thank you”

The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We even got a complimentary upgrade for free, which I’ve never received before. How lucky! 🙏🍀
