The view from the room overlooking the water is fantastic. The beds are soft and breakfast is excellent. When I was in touch with the hotel before the trip, I asked about getting to the Russian border. It would have been helpful to be told about the city bus instead of just the taxi.

Breakfast was great and matched our taste, the location is good, close to scenic spots, and the room is spacious and clean.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much hassle and they were very accommodating when we wanted to upgrade to a room with a view. The room could have been a little more cosy, but it was very clean and a good size
