The rooms are tasteful, comfortable, and simply homely, and everything is spotless. The wellness area is gorgeous and spacious, and the kitchen seems to have been upgraded and is noticeably better than in previous years. On the downside, the front‑desk staff used to wear modern traditional attire, but they no longer do; it doesn’t matter much, but it does slightly diminish the arrival experience.

Nice room, but the check‑in took 45 minutes, there were stains on the sofa, and the staff behaved unprofessionally.

A truly dreamy stay – we’ll be back! ❤️ AMRAI exceeded our expectations in every way, from the stunning room and the amazing spa to the beautiful rooftop terrace and excellent food; everything just works! We especially want to highlight the incredibly warm, attentive, and always cheerful staff. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at ease. The perfect location and thoughtfully designed interiors also impressed us. The only small wish would be a cold‑water pool for cooling off after the sauna, but that’s just a personal preference, not criticism. A fantastic stay from start to finish! We’ll definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend AMRAI! ❤️
