Everything was great, and I liked everything.

The location and the buffet breakfast were excellent, but the room faced the parking lot, was very old, and required climbing stairs with heavy luggage; a ramp would help. There were many mosquitoes in the garden.

The lobby bar, pool, and garden were nice, but the rooms are small and need updating, and the kitchenette is old.

The location, breakfast, and dinner were good, and even though the restaurant wasn’t huge, the food was satisfying. However, the customer service was awful: from day one we had issues with a locked safe that was never opened after we reported it, a clogged sink that also never got fixed, a bathroom door in terrible condition, and a makeshift bed that was disappointing. In short, for a 4‑star hotel there’s a lot to improve.
