The location was great and convenient, but the staff was not pleasant; he didn’t greet us or say good afternoon, was deep in a full‑blown conversation in another language and ignored our presence.

They advertise a breakfast pool fit, yet it doesn’t exist.

Nothing positive. Everything was disappointing.

Nothing positive to mention. The staff were the main issue: very rude and unprofessional at every level. There were roaches everywhere, and the carpets smelled of animals and urine. The lawn care was lacking, and the parking lot was littered with trash. The staff’s rudeness was a constant problem.

The room was covered in mold, rust, and filth; cracks and small holes in the ceiling revealed more mold, and the shower had pink mold. The rolling door was broken, making it difficult to open and close fully, while the walls were dirty with drip marks. I definitely wouldn't bring my children back here.
