The spot was perfect, the host was friendly, and the room was straightforward and clean.
The location is very quiet and near the services.
The only thing that was calm, but the elevator is broken.
“We had a 19 hour layover in Muscat, we tried to make the best out of it. Your place was really cozy”
There was no breakfast at all, and the manager never mentioned it in the morning; I also tried to use the coffee machine at the entrance, but it didn't work. Getting a key was a hassle—about 30‑45 minutes of trying to find someone, until a smoking guest finally helped us into the room.
The place is very quiet, close to services, and next to the natural Qarm park.
