The wellness area was included, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view and the parking situation could have been better.

The staff were very kind and pleasant, especially Mrs. Mirsada. The breakfast was excellent!!! We’ll come back again 🥰🥰🥰 Hugs to everyone.

The staff were friendly. The lack of foresight was disappointing; at night the air circuit broke and made a horrible noise. The person on duty tried to help but wasn’t an expert. There were no free rooms, it was the weekend, and there were no technicians to fix it, so we were told to just endure it. Regrettable.
