The staff were very friendly and the rooms beautiful; the location was perfect because we were visiting someone nearby; on the last day we had to leave early and couldn’t have an earlier breakfast or pick up something from the hotel even though we had paid for breakfast, so I expected a little accommodation.

We were completely satisfied – the location is perfect, easy to reach from the airport and close to Munich city center. The room had many little details that are rarely found nowadays, like a long, flexible shoe‑slip. The water pressure was excellent, the bathroom very clean, the room overall immaculate and the mattress really comfortable. Even if you don’t want a room cleaning, you can hang a bag on the door handle and they’ll bring something… brilliant idea! The hotel is fun. Breakfast was great, especially the value for money. Thanks for still appreciating reality even as everything gets pricier. If something is missing, a quick question and it’s delivered immediately. The front desk staff were always exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall: top location, top cleanliness, very comfortable and great service. We’ll definitely come back! Keep it up! Alarun
