The location was spot on, and I loved that the rooms were super clean and the hotel felt really secure.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel like I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel's location is fantastic, it offers a very good price‑to‑value ratio, and there are several excellent breakfast spots nearby.
The hotel is big and check‑in/check‑out was very easy. I was hoping for a larger coffee shop.
“Servicio de limpieza inexistente”
The location was good, but during our stay the hotel never did any housekeeping, even though we asked repeatedly at reception. On Friday we called and were told a room cleaner would come, but no one showed up. Saturday we asked in person and also requested a towel change; we received clean towels, but the room stayed unclean and the used towels weren’t taken away. Sunday morning we complained again and were promised housekeeping between 12:00 and 13:00, yet again nobody arrived. In the afternoon we had to take the dirty towels back to reception ourselves. In short, no cleaning service was provided at all, despite multiple confirmations from hotel staff. The common areas were also poorly cleaned, especially the sofas that were covered in hair. The service was far below what one would reasonably expect, and we have photos to prove it.

The spot is awesome—under 20 min walk to Navy Pier (bus available), 4 min to Michigan Avenue, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfy and spotless. A 24‑hour store in the lobby offers snacks and drinks, and there’s a bar and games area.
