“The cleaning staff has to go! Rude, rush and barge in and for what. Rooms still have blood stains”

The place isn’t bad for the location and the front desk staff is always awesome. I’ve never had a problem with them and they’re very accommodating. But the cleaning staff is a whole different story. Those lazy women don’t even clean the rooms properly, so why rush the customer out? The overweight ugly redhead cleaner doesn’t have respect; she shouldn’t have a job if she can’t keep it professional. Period. I clean up before I leave, better job than they would have done, that’s for sure. My issue is with the cleaning staff. They’re hella rude! They start barging into rooms at 9‑10 am telling you check‑out is way before 11 am. One fat ugly redhead cleaner talked her shit because I told her the front desk said check‑out was at 11 am. She insisted I was being inconsiderate and kept talking smack, knowing full well management wasn’t on site. They are the reason I won’t return. All that rushing and for what they don’t even clean the place right! Some rooms have blood stains on the wall, they don’t clean the floors properly, so why rush customers out? I told management once, they did nothing after that incident on August 22nd; I’ll just catch that worker outside and her number is almost up. 😉

“Borzalmas”

I never expected a place to feel like a horror movie motel where anything could happen to you, but that was exactly what happened here. From the moment we turned the corner, we saw shady figures on the stairs and in the parking lot, and several cars looked as if they had been robbed or dismantled. When we entered the room, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was filthy and disgusting, and a terrible, strong cigarette smell filled the space even though we booked a non‑smoking room. The door was reinforced on both sides and showed obvious past damage and break‑in marks. The photos don’t reflect any of this; they hide the grime and the odors. We reported the issue right away, but after just one night we left because neither the area nor the hotel felt safe. The second night’s rate was refunded, which we appreciated, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures are wildly misleading and do not represent the actual condition. It was a horrible experience.

We had to leave the property immediately after arrival because the safety conditions were completely unacceptable. In the parking area, we found several signs stating that the property disclaimed any responsibility for vehicle damage, which is wrong since parking was included in our booking. Around the cars and right under the stairs, people who were clearly intoxicated or drug‑addicted were parked, half‑naked with pillows under their arms. We also saw a visibly dirty woman staggering in the entrance area, and trash was overflowing from a bin a little further on. The building was dilapidated and unsafe: the stairs to the upper floors were partially broken, the front door was completely broken and clearly showed signs of previous break‑in attempts. The reception was unwelcoming, giving a sense of total neglect and insecurity. Given the severity of the situation and the lack of any protection for our safety, we had no choice but to leave right away.
