A very beautiful and cozy apartment room. A friendly lady at the reception. Secure parking on the premises. Stunning Jeseníky… Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We’ll definitely visit again and stay longer next time. The pillows were just a bit…

The spot was spot on—right next to the bus stop, a short walk from the train station, and close to the great Fara restaurant and a shop. Both receptionist ladies were friendly and smiled at us. Breakfast was adequate, though it would be nice to rotate the cold options. We stayed 8 nights and the breakfast menu stayed the same every day, a minor quibble. If you’re booking because of the wellness, double‑check that it’s actually open before you arrive—my bad for not doing that, and the receptionist told us the wellness was closed because no guests had requested it.

The hotel is excellent, the breakfast is absolutely sufficient and very good, the staff is pleasant, everything is on the premises. I rate the kitchen in the room and the paid bike shed where you can leave a bike with access both inside and through the hotel parking—absolutely great and practical for everyday rides. I recommend it. The only tiny issue is that the bike shed didn’t have a direct bike stand, so the bike had to be propped against a wall, which isn’t entirely practical when a larger number of bikes gather in the hotel. But that’s really just a minor detail.

The hotel is located in a good area right next to a shop.
