The owner, Reinaldo, was super helpful and attentive to our needs
For the price, I was pretty happy with the room
The room had some nice touches - the air conditioning worked well, and there was even a water cooler for guests

The location was very good, the hotel is ideal just for sleeping. The room was noisy.

The environment was very clean, and the bedding was also tidy. The mattress was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We arrived at dawn and had no issues with the check‑in. A curtain is missing in the box and a small rug in the bathroom.
The service was excellent.
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the location, the parking, and the staff was very helpful and polite. I didn't dislike it, but the room was missing a table for belongings, a hanger outside the wardrobe for towels, and perhaps a mini‑fridge.
I loved the stay, went with a group of friends, we were very well received! I recommend it. When I return to Palmas we already know where to stay. I loved it😍
