I appreciated the morning pastries and the generous room size, and the staff were excellent. I also liked the underground parking. The only minor gripe was that a teaspoon was missing, which made stirring tea in my room a bit of a struggle 😂.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean, but the location is far from the city centre. The breakfast was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful. When we asked for assistance to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning, we ended up booking one ourselves.

The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and the rooms were very comfortable; I had a great stay and plan to book again.

Peu de choses. Le personnel n'était pas.du tout agréable et peu professionnel. Le petit déjeuner en dessous de tout, et la machine à café est tombée en panne et n'a pas été réparée. Payé 250 £ pour une chambre est hors de prix pour cet hôtel
