The booking process was disappointing, and the unit arrived in a condition that was far from habitable or as advertised. Cleanliness was subpar everywhere: hair littered the bed linens and bathroom floor, dust settled on the corner table, organizer, and window blinds. The refrigerator smelled strong and unpleasant, was dirty and disorganized, and the washing machine had visible rust. Basic amenities were missing entirely—no toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Several items didn’t match the listing: the second bathroom lacks a sink, and the only available sink is in an adjoining room that doesn’t lock, compromising privacy. Wi‑Fi dropped constantly, which was a serious issue since I booked this place specifically to work remotely. The listing claimed the nearest train station was a 5‑minute walk, but it’s actually 25 minutes away. Overall, the unit doesn’t resemble the photographs; individually these flaws might seem minor, but together they mean the property wasn’t cleaned to any reasonable standard, essential amenities were absent, and the listing materially misrepresented what was provided. I documented everything with photographs and would not recommend this property, warning others about the inaccuracy of the listing details.
