The place was clean, well organized, the morning breakfast staff were efficient, and the food was better than most; the shower had hot water and accessible rooms had a lot of space. All staff at the hotel and casino were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. I would have liked a pool and hot tub, and it would be nice if the accessible rooms had more than one king bed or two Queens. The shuttle service needs reevaluation, as many elderly and handicapped guests cannot access it; please consider more accessible transportation for wheelchairs and mobility‑impaired guests.

Breakfast was good and the TV worked, but the curtains didn't close, forcing me to see the parking lot's lights all night. The toilet wasn't working, and I could hear people above us walking around.

Very convenient for our event, and the nearby gas station is nice; they also offer complimentary fruit‑infused water at the front welcome center, which is awesome. However, the directions for larger vehicles and trailers parking near the building could be better; we were fine in our car, but it would help larger SUVs and trucks to know the spaces are limited and there is no turnaround next to or around the building. Can't wait for all the construction to finish.
