Bed was comfy. Great TV for British travellers. Nice and quiet. No reception disappointing as if you don’t want a full service on your room you couldn’t get clean towels, toilet roll or tea and milk. No smoke alarms in room and had to climb into shower - no good for anyone with mobility issues

Location was perfect, in a great area and easy to walk to the Colosseum. We walked to all of the main attractions in Rome from the hotel. The only time we got a taxi was to the airport

The staff were extremely helpful. Carlos arranged for car service for us to the airport but also made sure the car arrived and helped us with our luggage to the car. The room was well equipped and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. The roof top patio is a bonus for drinks but has an exceptional breakfast which was included with our stay. The restaurant which is part of the hotel has great food - and the best pizza. The hotel location is walking distance to everything! Highly recommend!
