All good. We booked a king‑size bed but after waiting 20 minutes we were given two queen beds that looked small. We didn’t arrive until after 4 p.m. and still felt the room wasn’t ready and there was no place for us. Very dissatisfied. Also the lack of a pool was a disappointment.

A beautiful hotel with nice, clean rooms. We slept well. The hotel offers airport transport. The pool was not ready for use, which is odd for an indoor pool. Rooms lack ceiling lighting. Besides coffee sachets, a tea option would be nice.
