The staff were very helpful and kind; thank you for your professional assistance, Ms Kim! The room was very stylish and the AC was positioned away from the bed, which was very nice. Nothing negative.

The only thing that mattered was the location. The cleanliness was very poor, the hotel was cramped, there was no halal food, the reception staff were uncooperative, they charged you for bottled water, and the price was high for all the services; I would not recommend staying there at all.
