After reading the reviews beforehand, I was skeptical about the a/c, but it worked well and I could rest at night. The WiFi also worked properly. The location was wrong, but luckily I found the place on Google Maps. Communicating with the staff in English was almost impossible, and the guesthouse, especially the bathroom, was not very clean.

It might be an okay place, but the management is terrible. First there was no water, then only cold water. Electricity had major issues, and it was dirty.

The owner is an Indian married to a Cambodian, and he helped me find directions to the Preah Vihear temple and to Poi Pet. It’s not far from the city. The bathroom and rooms were clean, and there were shower supplies. However, when I stayed, the air conditioner either broke or didn’t work.
