Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disrupted by excessive noise at night, making it impossible for me to get a good rest. I could hear people singing and arguing outside my room, which started early in the evening and continued late into the night. On the other hand, the hotel staff and security were friendly and welcoming, which was a redeeming quality.

While the hotel's location wasn't bad, I was taken aback by several issues during my stay. When I used my credit card to pay, I was charged an extra 5% without being informed beforehand, which I felt was unfair. Additionally, the lift area had lingering cigarette smoke, and my no-smoking room came with a dirty blanket and no phone. To make matters worse, the room lacked basic amenities.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a severely unclean environment. The bed sheets were dirty and infested with bedbugs, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. Despite the hotel's potential, the state of the room left a lasting impression.
