The location is good and the staff helped with any issues. The bed was nice. The curtain was broken, but the staff offered extra blankets to block out light. The room needs better ventilation; opening the windows isn’t an option because nearby restaurants bring in a lot of smell. The light flickered very fast.

We weren’t very happy with the room: no TV, no mug, no glass, and the water was terrible—no tea or coffee. I had to go out to buy coffee and bottled water, and I’d like a refund back. I met a woman for two minutes at night, the last time I saw her. My husband had a lot of issues—no mugs, no glasses, no savers at all. Not satisfied.

It’s cheap and in a great spot. They gave us a room that was already occupied; we entered and found people there. No apologies were offered for the mix‑up, just a wait and then another room. They also knocked on our door an hour before the checkout time.

I would not recommend this place. There’s no TV in the room, no place to hang clothes, so I wouldn’t recommend it.
