The site was nice and the rooms and common areas were good. The shared bathroom was a bit far from our room.

The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for self‑catering; the room sits in a quiet part of Islington, close to great eateries, and the price was worth it for a single night. Staff were helpful during check‑in. However, the place was overall dirty—communal areas and the bathroom needed attention, and the shower mat looked unclean. Coffee in the room was stale and the sugar questionable. One night was enough to get my head down, but I’d choose somewhere else for anything longer than two nights.

I never even got to stay because when I arrived the door code wasn’t released until I paid a £300 security deposit. They never told me when the deposit would be refunded, saying it would take 2‑11 days. Avoid at all costs.
