The hotel room was a real letdown, especially when it came to cleanliness. The bedsheets were dirty, and when we asked to replace them, the staff didn't seem to mind. It was a bit of a shock, considering the state of the chairs and bathroom too. The overall experience was a bit of a mess.

To be honest, the hotel exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. It was spotless, and the staff were friendly and discreet. The location was also great, as it was on a quiet side street, so we didn't get much noise from the city. Overall, it was a great value for the money.
