The hotel was superb and the staff were very friendly, though the shower was lacking.

It was very convenient because of its proximity to the Palazzetto dello sport, very elegant, and the breakfast was excellent, but the pool did not allow 10‑year‑old girls.

The welcome was warm, the cleanliness impeccable, the spa was wonderful, and we were very satisfied with our stay; nothing in particular to note.

The staff were good, but the pillows and the overall structure of the bed felt a bit old‑fashioned.
