The location is very good, breakfast is standard, the room is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s a coffee machine available for guests.
The common areas were excessively noisy, so the coffee machine sounded in our room, and the overall sound insulation was poor because of the central location – I think some understanding is needed.

The B&B sits in an excellent spot, perfect for walking to main sights, just 2 minutes on foot from the metro if you want to take it, otherwise everything is walkable. The room was spacious, modern, and fully equipped. Impeccable cleanliness. Huge thanks to the owner and staff. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication with Pina, who gave us all the info to access the accommodation and stayed attentive to everything we needed, even helping us solve connection and arrival issues. The accommodation has a self‑service entrance, which can be tricky for older people or those not used to this type of access. We received the entry information on the same day of our flight, but due to connection problems we couldn’t see it in time. In the end we had to wait for the staff to open it directly. It would have been better to get that info 24 hours earlier.

Check‑in felt a bit odd with very tight security, but once inside everything was fine. The room and floor looked newly renovated, very bright, clean, with a comfortable bed and friendly staff. The location is great, just across from Toledo Metro station. What more could you ask for? Great value!
