Breakfast included coffee and tea. Everything else was mediocre: bananas were soft, muffins were wrapped in cellophane, there was no juice, and more fruit would have been welcome. A toaster for bagels or toast would have been better than the packaged muffins.

The staff was very friendly. The pillows were uncomfortable, the air was very dry, and something in the room made my son sneeze all night, so neither of us slept. The proximity to the interstate and thin walls let us hear traffic all night. The remote for the TV was covered in sticky residue and the TV wasn’t even properly connected, so we had to set it up ourselves.

The room was clean and simple, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was basic, so I didn’t eat anything.

I didn’t find the breakfast very satisfying, but the staff were friendly. The building has no elevator, which makes it tough for older guests to haul heavy luggage up the stairs.

Parking was good, the lobby was nice, the staff were friendly, and the room was quiet. Everything else was fine.
