“Muy bueno”
Close to the airport and the free transfer. Everything impeccable.
Easy access, comfortable.
“Buena ubicación, pesimo servicio”
It’s near the airport, so if you need a place to stay overnight or have a layover, it works well. The experience wasn’t good. First, the airport transfer service couldn’t wait five minutes because of a delay in luggage delivery. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff’s attention was also poor. At several moments the treatment felt unkind and even somewhat mocking. The air conditioning seemed poorly maintained, and the bed was uncomfortable. Regarding breakfast, although it’s a buffet, several items looked unfresh and gave little confidence. Moreover, when I entered the dining room, they asked only me for my room number, even though there were more people. Later I heard staff whisper behind my back that I had arrived and sat down, which felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since there was no one attending when I went to breakfast. I understand that there may be organizational or coordination issues, but that shouldn’t affect the treatment of guests.
