The place is awesome—everything’s fully stocked, rooms are roomy and comfy, and every house has its own grill. The pool is a real treat, huge and sparkling clean. Freddy’s service is top‑notch; he’s always ready to help with anything. We came with our dog and the staff were super pet‑friendly, so the whole family had a great time.

Freddy was a lifesaver—he pointed us to great spots, handed out discount vouchers for the hot springs, and walked us through the city center. The AC, TV, and Wi‑Fi all worked smoothly, making our nights and days hassle‑free.

The facilities were solid and the natural surroundings were beautiful, but there wasn’t much else to say.
