“Clean , kind and helpful staff, good location. Would recommend.”

Very clean, wonderful and helpful staff, and a good location a short walk to the historic center and famous markets. There are nice cafés, a gym, and a local weekend market just 2 minutes away. If you want to be just outside the tourist area and experience more local businesses and the local feel, this is perfect. Internet is a little spotty, lighting in the room is harsh, and there could be more outlets for charging devices.

The place is in a central spot, clean, and the staff are friendly. Nothing to complain about – my experience was good.

I tried to change a reservation a few days before arrival, but I couldn't. I arrived on 24 July and told them I wanted to leave a day earlier; they said I had to handle it through the booking app. I sent two messages, yet the team never reached out. On the second‑to‑last day, I finally spoke to someone from Booking over the phone, who explained that I was fully entitled to a refund for the last night and that they had emailed the hotel. On the final day, the hotel’s reservations manager told me they had received the Booking email but would not refund me. I didn't understand why he waited until the last day to say that, and on the first day he shifted responsibility to the platform. I spent 40 minutes talking with that man, who never took responsibility. I find this practice very unclear and dishonest. I tried to speak with the manager, but he blocked any access to that information.

The location is great. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning.
