The beach is in a great spot, but we booked the Be Live Experience and ended up in a neighboring house, the Be Live Adults Only Marivent. I’m not sure if that was better or worse. Overall, it never feels like a 4‑star hotel – it’s very run down and the whole place desperately needs a renovation. The rooms are still somewhat acceptable, but the stairwell and hallway are already shabby and dirty, and that carpet is just disgusting. We were glad we only booked one night and could check out quickly.
