“A little gem”

Being close to the train station and the city centre made shopping and other activities easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I appreciated being able to switch off the air‑con and open the windows for fresh air, and having tea/coffee facilities in the room was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Each floor had a microwave, kitchen sink, plates and cutlery, which was very convenient. The only downside was the lack of evening meal or snack options.

“looking forward to hotel but then disappointed upon arrival”

The takeaway service was decent, but the reception was closed when I arrived, so I couldn’t get into the building at night and there was no outside lighting to see the access code. The restaurant was shut at 9 pm, forcing me to order takeout. The quilt on the bed was very small, and getting wifi was a hassle unless you already had data on your phone to pull the code from the TV.

“Nice hotel for travellers with a car”

The spot was spot‑on for what I needed, and the courtyard offered plenty of parking space. My room stayed quiet, breakfast was decent, and nothing essential was missing. Checking in and out went smoothly and quickly.

“Stayed for 1 night visiting Zealand”

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious enough, and breakfast was good. Wi‑fi worked well. The train and bus stops were just a few minutes away, and there was a shop nearby. Because we had a window facing the main road, there was some noise, but it wasn’t too bad at night.
