“Comfortable, clean rooms and at a fair price .”

We stayed in the Victoria Suite, which was roomy and very comfortable with a nice view of the hills, and the price matched the size. The air‑conditioner vent was positioned so the blackout curtains couldn’t cover it, letting the first morning light hit the bed; a bit of Jaffa tape would solve that. The carpet outside the lifts and walkways is worn and needs replacing, which lowers the overall feel. Breakfast is decent, but coffee isn’t included—you have to pay extra for it, which irks me a bit.

“Shocking!”

The location was great and the entrance looked tidy, but inside the room it was a different story. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed at all; only the linen had been changed. I even found an empty condom packet and told the staff to clean the area. I left for work the next morning and came back that evening, and the room still hadn’t been cleaned even though I’d specifically mentioned it. I eventually had to switch rooms. The carpet smelled strange and dusty, and overall the room felt and smelled very dusty. For the price I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and housekeeping.
