The spot is great, the pool is nice, and the lift is super fast. However, the hotel added a 3 % surcharge when I paid by card, even though that wasn't mentioned in the booking terms.

The hotel was close to the beach and the housekeeping team kept my room spotless. On occasion the shower’s hot water would cut out, which should be fixed.

The property is brand‑new, spacious and only about a 300 m walk from Bãi Sau, with plenty of shops and services nearby, which is very convenient. There’s a pool on the fifth floor and the staff are courteous. However, the old‑style TV can’t access YouTube, the 2‑in‑1 shampoo‑conditioner lacks scent, and besides the bath towel they should also provide a face towel.
