We had a very spacious room with air conditioning, which was urgently needed on that hot day. We also needed a second blanket, which the concierge brought to the room right away. Everyone else at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived late but were given a table at the hotel’s restaurant “Luitpold” immediately, ate superbly, and received a discount as hotel guests. The breakfast the next day was lovingly arranged, with a wide selection of fresh pastries, cakes, fruit, sausage, etc. Special requests were handled instantly. The staff was very attentive, asked questions, and cleared used dishes promptly. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the breakfast! When we left, we found a candy in the parking garage on our car. Very nice!
