It’s terrifying—this place is a converted apartment turned into a hotel in a horrible, scary neighborhood. There are several strange men in the apartment… The staff’s attitude and the fact that it’s not a hotel but a rental apartment is a big downside.

Apart from the excellent cleanliness and the warm hospitality of the owners, the stay was disappointing. I stayed 6 nights and would not return: the private bathroom is accessed through the whole corridor, with the owners’ private room in the middle, so privacy is limited. The bathroom is clean but very dated, with a combined toilet and bidet and an old‑style lever flush, and the hot shower water is intermittent. I chose the double room with a fan, but the general listing said air conditioning, so I expected that too. Instead there’s only a fan and one window. With the heat and humidity of those 6 days it was very hot, like a sauna, and sleeping was hard. We were eager to finish the stay. Only recommended out of season.

Everything was simply amazing. Spotlessly clean and the owners were very helpful and kind.

“Posto confortevole, pulito e ben servito.”

Great breakfast. The staff was present and continuous assistance was guaranteed. Cleanliness and order were ensured. Finding parking in the area was easy. City services were within reach. Unfortunately, an unexpected maintenance job prevented us from fully enjoying the balcony.
