“Da consigliare!”
The pool helped relieve the summer heat, was available all day, in a ventilated spot with shaded areas. Parking under the trees for half a day. The place was very quiet; in the morning we saw swallows (and even hot‑air balloons!) and in the evening we heard crickets and cicadas. At night we slept soundly. The managers were very welcoming and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

Great experience! Beautiful spot surrounded by the green hills of Umbria, perfect for a few relaxing days. We were welcomed by Mrs. Marisa with great courtesy and friendliness, and her homemade pastries for breakfast are truly excellent! The apartment is spacious and clean. Inside there's a large living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchenette, then a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. We'll definitely come back!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is a tastefully restored traditional farmhouse, full of rustic charm while offering every comfort. The layout is spacious and well designed, with a lovely kitchen, comfortable bedroom and cozy living area. The estate itself is stunning, with a swimming pool, olive groves, open fields and a small farm with pigs, a pony and a donkey. They also have two adorable little dogs who are incredibly sweet and always looking for cuddles. They happily greet every guest, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The views over the Umbrian countryside are simply breathtaking, with rolling hills, hay bales and beautiful natural colors that capture the true essence of Umbria. If you’re looking for peace, nature and an authentic countryside experience, this is the perfect place. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations
